Flat-rate delivery

Standard delivery is $9.99 USD per order. It is displayed in your cart and checkout summary before you place the order. One flat rate covers the order rather than adding a new charge per vase.

Preparing fragile objects

Each vase is checked and packed with protective materials before dispatch. Most in-stock orders are prepared within one to three business days. We then send a delivery update to the email address used at checkout. Delivery timing depends on destination and carrier route.

On arrival

Please inspect your parcel and vase when it arrives. If packaging appears damaged, take clear photographs of the outer box and keep the packaging materials while contacting us. Variations in ceramic glaze, stoneware speckling or handmade texture are inherent to the material and are not defects.

Returns

If a vase is not right for your room, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order email and a short note. Return items must be unused, in their original condition and safely protected for transit. Eligible refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

We are happy to help with practical questions before a return, especially when you are unsure how to repack a fragile object.
